OLA OLA delivers parcels all over the world via EMS Post (Standard Shipping). Although most items are in stock and ship within 2 business days, some items on the website are produced to order and ship within 5 business days or less from the order date. During sale seasons orders might suffer a slight delay due to an excessive amount of orders being filled out.
You will receive an e-mail notification with tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days, please contact email@example.com.
Depending on your location, delivery will normally take up to 14 business days from dispatch for Standard Shipping. OLA OLA will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of OLA OLA.
Please note that orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes levied by your destination country.
Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery.
Once orders are sent the cancellation of it or a change of delivery address will no longer be possible, please make sure to fill out a correct address when checking out. Once you receive your parcel, you can ask for the return or exchange within 14 days you (or someone you nominate, other than a carrier) received the goods.
